What is Hysterical Health?
Hysterical Health is a publication and community for the health stories we’re told to keep to ourselves.
A space for radical sharing on all things: menstrual, sexual & reproductive health.
If you’re into ranting about women’s health, connecting over shared experiences and discussing the future of health equity: Hysterical Health is for you.
Why are we here?
Hysterical Health exists as a ‘f*ck you’ to the shame and stigma that has surrounded women’s health for decades.
By speaking out about our most intimate experiences, Hysterical Health hopes to normalise open conversation, inspire empathy and build community.
Who’s behind the words?
I’m Eleanor, a freelance writer with a BA in Social Anthropology and an MSc in Women’s Health. I love writing about the social and political factors that shape our experiences of health.
I currently work with women’s health & FemTech companies, writing content to educate their audiences and share revolutionary health solutions.
You can find me on LinkedIn here or learn more about my work on my website.
